Pleasant, friendly atmosphere. Kelsey Shellehamer was very welcoming — even though my English isn’t great, she did her best to explain everything clearly. I really appreciate that there’s no pressure in this service center, and they don’t try to sell you extra options just to make more money (I’ve had that experience in other places).
